Delete your Perkzio account

Instructions for customers using the Perkzio mobile app published by NEVERLETGO PRIVATE LIMITED on www.perkzio.com.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Perkzio customer app account and associated personal data. The Perkzio customer app is operated by NEVERLETGO PRIVATE LIMITED.

Perkzio accounts are created with a mobile phone number and one-time password (OTP). There is no separate username or password.

How to request account deletion in the app

  • Open the Perkzio customer app on your Android or iOS device.
  • Sign in with your registered mobile number and the OTP sent to that number.
  • Open the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
  • Tap Request account deletion.
  • Confirm Yes when prompted.
  • You will receive an SMS confirmation. Our team reviews the request and completes deletion after approval. You may continue using the app until deletion is approved.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address or phone number linked to your account. Include your registered mobile number so we can verify ownership.

Data that is deleted or anonymized

  • Name — removed and replaced with anonymized placeholder values.
  • Email address — removed from your profile.
  • Mobile phone number — replaced so the account cannot be used to sign in again.
  • Profile photo — deleted from our storage.
  • Date of birth and gender — removed.
  • Push notification tokens — deleted.
  • Active login sessions — revoked.
  • Account status — deactivated.

Data that may be retained

  • Loyalty stamp history, wallet activity, and redemption records — retained in anonymized form for merchant reporting, accounting, and fraud prevention. Your profile is no longer shown in merchant customer lists.
  • An internal anonymized account reference — retained where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
  • Deletion request records — retained for audit and support.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed by our team after you submit them in the app. Processing is typically completed within a few business days after approval. Until then, your request appears as pending in the app.
