No. Staff use the Perkzio merchant app on a phone or tablet they already own. Customers show a QR code on their screen. You scan it to add a stamp or confirm a reward.

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly or annual with no long contract. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page in the merchant portal.

Stamping needs a connection so the customer wallet and your dashboard stay in sync. Customers also need internet to refresh their card and claim rewards in the app.

Growth and Pro include unlimited active customers. Lite supports up to 100 active customers on one outlet. See pricing for plan limits.

Yes. Customers use the Perkzio wallet app to find shops, save loyalty cards, show a collect QR at the counter, and claim tier rewards or special offers.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You manage your enrolled customer list in the portal. Data export is available on Growth and Pro plans.
